Arlington County celebrated its African-American heritage at the 22nd annual Feel the Heritage Festival on Saturday, Feb. 22 at Carver Community Center.

The free event featured live music and dance, a “Hall of History” with photos and artifacts from Arlington’s historically African-American churches and organizations, free children’s activities, food and a variety of vendors.
