    area of southeast Virginia and northeast North Carolina.
    * HAZARDS: POOR VISIBILITIES DUE TO DENSE FOG
    * VISIBILITIES: One quarter to one half mile with near zero
    visibility at times.
    * IMPACTS: Dense fog will substantially reduce visibilities,
    resulting in hazardous driving conditions in some areas.

    * HAZARDS: POOR VISIBILITIES DUE TO DENSE FOG
    * VISIBILITIES: One quarter to one half mile with near zero
    visibility at times.
    * IMPACTS: Dense fog will substantially reduce visibilities,
    resulting in hazardous driving conditions in some areas.
