The National Weather Service in Paducah has extended the
* Flood Warning for Urban Areas and Small Streams in...
Calloway County in western Kentucky...
* Until 830 AM CDT.
* At 614 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated areas of heavy rain moving
east across the county that will cause flooding. One area is
moving east across the northern half of the county where up to two
inches of rain has already fallen. Another area of very heavy rain
is in the southeasternmost part of the county. Both areas of rain
will move east out of the county in the next hour or so but may
drop another one half to one inch of rain before tapering off.
Only light rain is expected after that allowing any ongoing
flooding to subside.
