Artist Reni Gower: “Papercuts DDThree,” acrylic on hand-cut paper mounted on silk. On the floor is a sand rug using the papercut as a stencil. Professor Emerita Gower retired from the Painting and Printmaking Department at Virginia Commonwealth University in December 2018.
