Rosslyn Sector Plan Honored
Arlington County’s Rosslyn Sector Plan has won the Virginia Chapter of the American Planning Association’s Holzheimer Award for Economic Development, citing the plan’s overall scope and the plan’s focus on encouraging redevelopment. The county was honored for outstanding work on the 2015 plan at the chapter’s annual conference on July 18. The award is named for former Arlington Economic Development Director Terry Holzheimer.
