Tom Darling of the Cambridge Boat Club set a new world record at the 29th MidAtlantic Erg Sprints on Feb. 1, shattering the previous mark in the 2000-meter race for veteran men age 55-59 by over six seconds. Darling is shown here at the Sprints just before the start of his race.
