    rain have already fallen earlier this afternoon and evening. The
    rain is beginning to subside; however, numerous reports of road
    closures due to flooding persist in the warning area. This Flood
    Warning replaces several Flash Flood Warnings in the region.

    George, Woodbridge, Fairview Beach, Aquia Creek, Lake Ridge,
