AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Freezing rain with ice accumulations up to a tenth of
an inch are expected. The highest ice accumulations will be in
the northern and western suburbs of Washington DC and
Baltimore.
* WHERE...The northern and western suburbs of Baltimore and
Washington as well as portions of the Virginia Piedmont.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Most paved surfaces will be wet and ice
accretion will be mainly confined to elevated surfaces. Be
prepared for reduced visibility at times.
