    * Until 715 PM EDT.
    * At 517 PM EDT, the public reported heavy rain in Chesapeake due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding. Up to two inches of
    rain have already fallen.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Virginia Beach, Regent University, Great Bridge, Kempsville, Deep
    Creek, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Fentress, Northwest, Cradock, Bowers
    Hill, Western Branch, South Norfolk, Portlock, Herberts Corner,
    Greenbrier, Hickory and Chesapeake Airport.
    Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area.
    This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
