    McCracken County in western Kentucky...
    Trigg County in western Kentucky...
    Todd County in south central Kentucky...
    Lyon County in western Kentucky...
    * Until 945 AM CDT.
    * At 644 AM CDT, the public reported heavy rain causing ponding and
    minor flooding of some roadways across the advisory area. Up to
    one inch or so of rain has already fallen in a very short time
    period. Several slide-offs due to hydroplaning have been reported
    in the Paducah area on I-24. Ditches were becoming full in
    northern Marshall county.

    Hopkinsville, Paducah, Oak Grove, Benton, Calvert City, Cadiz,
    Eddyville, Elkton, Fort Campbell North, Reidland, Lone Oak, Benton

    Guthrie, Pembroke, Crofton, Energy, West Paducah and Canton.
