* At 647 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated continued moderate to, at
times, heavy rain falling across the area. Two to three inches has
already fallen over much of the warned area. Low lying areas along
creeks and streams, as well as larger tributaries of the North
Fork of the Kentucky River, Licking River, Levisa Fork of the Big
Sandy, and Tug Fork will likely experience flooding. An additional
half an inch of rain is expected through this afternoon, which
should lead to further flooding concerns in these low lying areas.

Simpson, Lewis, Warfield, Allen, Pilgrim, Oaklawn Estates,
