Frank Stevens, grand marshal, welcomes everyone to the 14th annual Buddy Walk. Stevens is a disability advocate, actor, screenwriter, model, and athlete. In 2016, he received the Quincy Jones Exceptional Advocacy Award from the Global Down Syndrome Foundation.
