Smoke circles down the side street as the Indian Scout motorcycle engine revs up and heads to join the other antique vehicles at the beginning of the Lyon Village neighborhood Fourth of July parade. They are followed by red, white and blue dressed-up children riding bikes and bemused dogs decked out in hats and ribbons.
