The 2019 Miss Arlington’s Outstanding Teen and Miss Dominion’s Outstanding Teen Pageant was held on Oct. 6 at Wakefield High. Miss Virginia's Outstanding Teen was organized in conjunction with Miss America's Outstanding Teen to encourage positive achievement by helping to nurture and build the scholastic achievement, creative accomplishment, healthy living, and community involvement of Virginia's youth.
