The SEEC program, sponsored by Arlington County, was established in 2000 to connect day laborers with potential employers. Several additional Arlington churches regularly provide lunches to the workers at the pavilion on S. Nelson Street. They include Our Lady Queen of Peace, St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, The Church of the Covenant and Good Spoon Korean church. Andres Tobar is executive director of the SEEC program.
