Donohoe Construction turned over the first phase of occupancy at the new Beacon at Clarendon West after receiving the Certificate of Occupancy from Arlington County in August, marking a project milestone. Developed by ZOM and USAA Real Estate, this 187-unit apartment building project consists of a six‐story and 10‐story tower built over a common three‐story underground garage just across from the Clarendon Metro Station. Amenity spaces include a rooftop pool and 4‐Season Sky Lounge, a community room with a panoramic terrace, a ninth floor club room with green‐roof access, and a resident‐exclusive fitness center. The Beacon at Clarendon West was designed by Esocoff & Associates and constructed by Donohoe Construction Company to achieve LEED Silver certification.
